I came to Charlestown earlier this year from out of town, not knowing any dog walkers—and I feel as though I hit gold with you and Lucky Dog! Henri clearly loves spending time with you, as is witnessed each time you come to see him. And he is quite choosy!
In the time you have been caring for him during my increased travel schedule, I am always confident that he is in the best care. I appreciate your flexibility to my ever changing schedule and ability to quickly adopt your schedule to mine with a moments notice.

Tilly and I miss you both terribly! It was such a tough adjustment for us both moving to the Big Apple, but we are slowly getting there! Tilly misses her hikes and strolls with her four-legged friends (especially Boo and Bella)! I can’t thank you enough for all of your help and advice while Tilly was a puppy and a growing dog. She absolutely loved you and all her caretakers at Lucky Dog. We have yet to find anyone like you and the excellent services you provide. Hopefully we’ll see you the next time we are in town!

Lucky Dog is the best!! Lola loves her hikes, park plays and walks. Mila gives great advise on training and I look to her for guidance. Lola enjoys her time with Mila, Kelly and Mark. I am comfortable with everyone coming into my home and caring for my little love Lola.
Mila is the best! My black lab and I don’t know what we would do with out her!
Mila, Kelly and Mark are the best…not sure what we would do without them! Bosco was just a few months when they started walking him…which was very challenging. They have helped so much with training and now he is a great walker! Thanks for being so good to Bosco!
Yeay Lucky Dog!! Mila runs a great business and has been so accomodating and flexible with our walking schedule. Mark was a great to my dog, Kennedy, whom I know misses her daily walks with him greatly (sadly, we moved!). Dear Mila and Kelly –
Folly and I are going to miss you terribly when we move next week! You guys are the best.
When we moved to Cambridge a year ago, and I started looking for pet care, I set critieria that the “sitter” had to be someone my dog Folly loved and someone I felt I could entrust with her care. I was comitted to conduct interviews until I found someone whom clearly met these two criteria. I am not only thankful that we found you in our 5th interview, but that you easily met our criteria on that very first visit and have continued to over the last 200+ visits. You are both now part of our little family.
With my crazy travel schedule, knowing that Folly is with someone I trust and she loves sets my mind at ease. When she became acutely ill last fall, Kelly’s quick recognician that there was a problem and her fast action literally saved my little dogs life. Your visits to the vet hospital to see her in intensive care were a clear indication that you care for your fuzzy clients well beyond the business relationship. Speaking of the business relationship – it wouldn’t be to much of a stretch to say that the e-mail photos of Folly lounging on your sofa at home while I was in India or Europe probably kept me healthy as well!
Your committment and care of my sato have been demonstrated every day during her excerise walks and during her week long slumber parties with Boo: on time, reliable, caring, flexibile, safe and loving. We will miss you guys!
